PURPOSE & CONTEXT. DRN objectives include support and facilitation of faculty research across all fields, including STEAM, Social Sciences, Humanities. We are inviting our faculty colleagues and neighbors from University of Michigan, Wayne State University, and Western Michigan University.
Dedicated spaces for the discussion of funding and working with the unique needs of diverse scholars is not often available. In this forum we hope to provide direct information and tips relevant to funding and grant success for ethnically and racially diverse faculty and faculty who address ethnically, racially, culturally, and economically diverse populations.
Panelists will provide a range of information about programs of working with program officers, training, grant opportunities with any focus on underrepresented faculty, or grants that focus on diversity. Your pre-questions on the registration form will aid the panelists in targeting your needs. Consider your questions and submit them in the registration form so that the panelists can incorporate their responses in their remarks.
The 4 panelists for the webinar are: Drs. Cheryl Boyce, Holly Hapke, Nancy Lutz, and Adelaida Rosario.
We look forward to you joining us! Please contact us if you have any further questions.
