Institutional Equity
The Institutional Equity division of the Office promotes a learning and working environment that provides equal opportunity and that is free of discrimination and harassment for all members of the University community. Institutional Equity provides resources and services for academic and support unit candidate searches, including recruitment resources for attracting a diverse applicant pool. Institutional Equity also ensures adherence to the University’s Anti-Discrimination Policy and compliance with federal and state civil rights laws and regulations through monitoring and active intervention.
