Creating Inclusive Excellence at Michigan State University
Significant time has been dedicated to initiating the Boldness by Design strategic imperatives building on MSU's values. Foremost among our values are quality, connectivity, and inclusiveness. During the President's 2005 Founder's Day Address, inclusiveness was defined as follows: "providing opportunity for learners from all backgrounds-bringing their passion and talent to join a vibrant, intellectual community built on mutual respect -to experience and to multiply the benefits of the power of knowledge throughout their lives."
