The Office for Inclusion and Intercultural Initiatives began hosting this event in 2003, to showcase the vast number of diversity-related initiatives engaged in by Michigan State University faculty, students and staff. These initiatives are but a small sample of ways in which diversity is respected as a core value at the university. The summit is one day and free to current MSU employees and students. MSU is committed to the concept of inclusion and to building a vibrant and intellectual community that offers and respects a broad range of ideas and perspectives.
